Reasons of Procrastination
Procrastination is delaying or putting off any task until the last minute, or past the deadline. We all do procrastinate consciously or unconsciously. But ignoring or not accepting that we are doing it is much worse than doing it itself.
Why do we do procrastination?
If you are accepting that we are procrastinating each time we do something important.
Then many questions should arise in our minds why we do that if it’s a time killer and really bad for us? If we practice working with full focus, believe me, it can save us more time and we can easily do that task in half of the time we spent doing the same task.
First, understand the Problem With an example
Assume you have an exam this week for jobs in Delhi and you have to study for that to crack that exam for sure and you have plans and a perfect schedule and timetable as well. And the time you start studying your phone knocks suddenly on a message “New Fresher jobs in Delhi ” and you go for endless crawling for other new jobs. It’s a kind of Dopamine Chain and you get trapped in that trap of notifications. And Boom you waste half an hour on useless crawling. And then you forgot about your upcoming exam preparation and go to the kitchen to get something to eat and make another snack break and reschedule your study plan.
This kind of thing happens to all of us and we continuously delay and delay our essential tasks repeatedly. And that task remained undone forever.
So the reality is that we are not conscious of procrastination that happens to us unconsciously, without our permission.
How did this happen? What went wrong? Why did you lose your focus?
Well, there were the hours that you spent re-reading emails or doing tasks that needs less focus and checking social media, the excessive “preparation,” the coffee breaks, and the time spent on other tasks that you could have safely left for next week’s” Low priority tasks”.

Fill your time with less important tasks that other people ask you to do, instead of doing your own task that should be done in that time.
Wait to be in the “right mood,” or wait for the “right time” to tackle that task – don’t escape from the situation just accept and get into the task.
How Do Overcome Procrastination?
